Business Terms and Conditions
Relations between buyers and suppliers in PPS Group a.s. are governed by general business terms conditions, which may be adjusted by mutual agreement with the buyer. Amendments to the general terms and conditions shall be done in writing. The terms and conditions enter into force upon signature and confirmation by statutory representatives of both parties.
